Applications will close on 20 Nov 2025 for UG Admissions Test to be conducted by Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore for its newly introduced following 2 new niche UG courses:

(a) 4-Year BSc (Hons) Data Sciences with minors in Economics and Business Studies

(b) 4-Year BSc (Hons) Economics with minors in Data Science and Business Studies

It is essential to note that these are not BBA programmes. IIMB’s B.Sc. programmes follow a multi-disciplinary approach and provide a more rigorous quantitative and analytical foundation. Integrating economics and data science ensures graduates develop strong analytical capabilities alongside life competencies, making them uniquely positioned for leadership roles in data-driven organisations.

Intake: 40 in each program.

Key academic eligibility: Successful completion of Class XII or equivalent with Mathematics AND Minimum 60% marks in mathematics in Class X.

Abut the courses: Both the courses are designed for real-world relevance, the curriculum prioritizes analytical depth, contextual thinking, and professional readiness through internships, global exposure, and life-skill development.

Students will have opportunities to engage in research projects with faculty members, take part in case study development, and undertake independent research as part of their capstone projects in the final year.

2 Stage selection process: The selection of candidates for admission involves a two-stage process.

Stage 1: Entrance test (60% weightage)

Stage 2: Personal interview (40% weightage)
